即使卸载了第三方杀毒软件或全新安装了 TPS，仍然遇到 TPS 无法打开、卡在加载界面，或在主菜单运行缓慢的问题，可能是 Windows Defender 正在干扰 TPS。

为解决此问题，您需要在 Windows Defender 中为 TPS 添加两个单独的排除项，以免它阻止或减慢软件运行。

为 TPS 创建 Windows Defender 排除项

  1. 打开开始菜单并输入 "Virus & threat protection"

  2. 在弹出的窗口中，向下滚动找到 "Virus & threat protection"，然后点击 "Manage Settings"

  3. 在新页面向下滚动找到 "Exclusions"，然后点击 "Add or Remove exclusions"。
  4. 点击 "Add an exclusion"，然后选择 "File"。

  5. 前往 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio 并选择 TrackMan Performance Studio



  6. 转到 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio\Modules 并选择 TrackMan.Gui.Shell
