如果你需要在 Windows 中检查时区并可能进行更改，请按照以下步骤操作： 

1. 按 Windows + I  
2. 在左侧 Navigation 菜单中，转到“Time & Language”，然后选择“Date & time”
   
   
    
3. 找到“Set time automatically”和“Set time zone automatically”
