如果您在 TPS 中遇到提示某个软件组件未正确配置的错误信息（错误代码 1），则需要按照以下步骤重新配置防火墙设置。

在完成此操作之前，您将无法继续使用设备。 

要重新配置防火墙设置，您首先需要为 TPS 创建 Windows Defender 例外项，其次关闭 Smart App Control。请参阅以下说明。

步骤 1：创建 Windows Defender 例外项

1. 首先，在 Windows 搜索栏中打开“Virus & threat protection”。
   
   
    
2. 在弹出的窗口中，向下滚动找到“Virus & threat protection”，然后点击“Manage Settings”
   
   
3. 在新页面中向下滚动，找到“Exclusions”，然后点击“Add or Remove exclusions”。
4. 点击“Add an exclusion”，然后选择“File”。
   
   
    
5. 前往 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio 并选择 TrackMan Performance Studio
   
   
    
6. 前往 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio\Modules，然后选择 TrackMan.Gui.Shell
   
   

步骤 2：关闭 Smart App Control

Smart App Control (SAC) 是 Windows 11 中的一项安全功能，旨在通过阻止可能带来安全风险的应用来帮助保护您的计算机。在某些情况下，它也可能阻止受信任的应用（例如 TPS）运行。

如果您选择关闭 Smart App Control，您的系统仍将受到 Windows 内置安全功能的保护，包括 Microsoft Defender 和其他标准防护。

1. 从 Start 菜单打开“Smart App Control”。
2. 选择“Off”。
   
   

系统可能会提示您使用管理员权限进行确认。
