解除安裝舊版 TeamViewer（若目前未安裝 TeamViewer，請跳過此步驟）
- 前往 C:Users\「使用者名稱」\AppData\Local，並刪除 TeamViewer 資料夾
- 在 Windows 搜尋列輸入「Control Panel」
- 請確定 “view by” 設為 category，然後按一下 “uninstall a program”
- 向下捲動到 TeamViewer，然後按一下解除安裝
- 如果此處沒有 TeamViewer，請跳至安裝新的 TeamViewer 步驟
- 出現提示 “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” 時，按一下 Yes
- 接著在左側按一下 “remove settings”，然後按一下 “uninstall”
- 完成後，按一下 “Close”
安裝 Trackman TeamViewer 用戶端（適用於 CSC）
- 從支援寄給您的電子郵件下載安裝程式
- 您必須先取得支援的授權才能安裝此版本的 TeamViewer
- 按兩下以執行安裝程式
- 出現提示 “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” 時，按一下 Yes
- 然後按一下 “next”
- 會出現要求您接受 “EULA Agreement” 的提示，請按一下接受
- 安裝完成後，按一下 “finish”
- 現在從桌面圖示開啟 TeamViewer，畫面應如下所示：
- 請保持 TeamViewer 開啟，直到出現此彈出視窗：
- 最後按一下 “Allow and Finish”
- 如果視窗沒有跳出，請重新啟動電腦，通常就會觸發顯示
