如果您在 TPS 中遇到指出軟體元件無法正確設定的錯誤訊息（錯誤代碼 1），您需要依照以下步驟重新設定防火牆設定。

在完成此操作之前，您將無法繼續使用裝置。 

若要重新設定防火牆，您必須先為 TPS 建立 Windows Defender 例外，接著關閉 Smart App Control。請參閱以下說明。

步驟 1：建立 Windows Defender 例外

1. 先從 Windows 搜尋列開啟「Virus & threat protection」。
   
   
    
2. 在開啟的視窗中向下捲動並找到「Virus & threat protection」，然後按一下「Manage Settings」。
   
   
3. 在新頁面中向下捲動並找到「Exclusions」，然後按一下「Add or Remove exclusions」。
4. 按一下「Add an exclusion」，接著選擇「File」。
   
   
    
5. 前往 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio，然後選取 TrackMan Performance Studio
   
   
    
6. 前往 C:\Program Files\TrackMan Performance Studio\Modules，然後選取 TrackMan.Gui.Shell
   
   

步驟 2：關閉 Smart App Control

Smart App Control (SAC) 是 Windows 11 的一項安全性功能，旨在透過封鎖可能帶來安全風險的應用程式來協助保護您的電腦。在某些情況下，它也可能會阻止受信任的應用程式（例如 TPS）執行。

如果您選擇關閉 Smart App Control，您的系統仍會受到 Windows 內建安全性功能的保護，包括 Microsoft Defender 及其他標準保護措施。

1. 從 Start 功能表開啟「Smart App Control」。
2. 選擇「Off」。
   
   

系統可能會要求您以系統管理員權限進行確認。
