Venue Restriction | Max Concurrency For User Without Perk

This rule sets a maximum number of concurrent bookings for a specific bay option, but only applies to users who do not have a designated perk (such as a membership). Users with the perk are not affected by this limit and may have a different or unlimited concurrency allowance.

Note this venue restriction is used if the facility is offering both public bay options and membership bay options. If the facility is only offering public bay options, please refer to this article: Venue Restriction | Max Concurrency ⛳ – Golf

How Max Concurrency For User Without Perk Works

    • Click "Confirm Changes"

    • Click "Save Changes"
  2. Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
    • Go to the Bay Options section.
    • Select the bay option you want to restrict.
    • Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.

    • Click "Save Changes".
  3. Important Reminder
    • Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
    • If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
    • For more information of bay groups, refer to this article: Assigning Bay Options to Bay Groups.
