  • Admins will now have easy access to the customer information from the membership cards, by clicking on the "information" icon (i).

• SEPA Direct Debit Enabled
  • SEPA Direct Debit has been enabled. Players who purchase a subscription using iDEAL will now have their bank details stored and used for recurring payments via SEPA Direct Debit.

• Naming Conventions
  • The naming logic for bay naming in player view has been changed. The bay name shown in the player booking flow will now be a direct reflection of the bay label.
  • If the bay label is missing, a name will be populated by using the bay ref.

  • The processing fee invoice will be raised on the same day (instead of one day later) as the trading day.

  • Operators can now add membership terms & conditions to a membership type. Players will be asked to accept them on purchase of the membership

  • Operators now have a more friendly UI to add their tax configuration in the payment section

  • Operators now have a more friendly text editor in all text fields across the Portal (what was released for Venue Descriptions at first)

• Balance expiry:
  • Venues can now set and edit expiry dates for customer balances (from gift cards, top-ups, or refunds). The default expiry is 1 year and resets whenever the balance changes. Players can now also see how many days remain before their credit expires.
• Delete image: 
  • You can now delete (and add) images directly. In addition, images can be added from the Files page — not just from Products, Bay Options, Player Options, or Email Templates.

• Trade Summaries:
  • A Trade Summaries page have been added to the organization view, where operators can get an overview of all payments taken through the platform and all system fees, providing a daily overview of money going in and out.
• Membership type - change price:
  • Operators can now choose whether a membership price change applies only to new sales or also updates all existing memberships.
• Minimum booking price:
  • On a bay option, facility owners can now set a minimum booking price. This will enforce a minimum price if a player books this option.
• Player option price per booking:
  • Operators can now set a player option price in the calendar view to apply to a booking rather than a time slot.
• Navigation page:
  • Renewed UI, including an easy way to preview what the navigation will look like for players. Now also the possibility to add a link to membership page or shop page.

• GolfNow integration
  • US customers now have the option to book bay times at different golf clubs/indoor golf centers through the online marketplace GolfNow. This has to be enabled by Trackman Support.

• Uploading of images to the platform so they fit the size requirements is now possible for YGB customers
