TM4 | Troubleshooting One Button Solution

If the one-button solution in your setup isn’t working, try the following steps:

  1. Check Auto Power On/Off
  2. Make sure Auto Power On/Off is ticked.
  3. Check the cable connection
    • Ensure the one-button cable is connected directly to the motherboard.
    • Ensure that the power strip where the TM4 is connected receives power 
  4. It looks like an old monitor cord with two screws — tighten both.
