Many common Trackman issues can be resolved by making sure your PC, Windows, and graphics settings are properly configured.
Before contacting Trackman Support, we recommend going through these quick checks. They only take a few minutes and may get you back up and running without needing to contact us.
Troubleshoot Checklist
- System Restart:
- If you haven't already, try restarting the PC and TPS. This simple step can often resolve temporary glitches or background service issues.
- Check your Trackman Connection
- Make sure your Trackman unit is powered on and properly connected to the PC.
- Required Specs
- Your PC must meet the required specifications for your Trackman system. You can find our specs here: Required PC Specs For TM4 & TMiO.
- Check for Windows Updates:
- Search for Windows updates and if there are any available updates, download and install them.
- Software Subscription Status:
- Make sure your Trackman Software Subscription has not expired. In many cases, issues with accessing or running the games are simply due to an inactive or expired subscription.
- Make sure your NVIDIA Graphics Drivers are up to date
- Outdated graphics drivers can cause performance and stability issues with TPS.

- Remote Access:
