If you experience issues, please check the following before contacting Trackman Support:
- Software Subscription Status:
- Make sure your Trackman Software Subscription has not expired. In many cases, issues with accessing or running the games are simply due to an inactive or expired subscription.
- PC Installation Responsibility:
- Verify whether the PC was installed by Trackman or by a third party. If the PC was not installed by Trackman, unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for it.
- System Restart:
- If you haven't already, try restarting the PC. This simple step can often resolve temporary glitches or background service issues.
- Check for Windows Updates:
- Search for Windows updates and if there are any available updates, download and install them.
- Reboot the unit
- Choose the type of unit you have below, and perform a reboot
- Remote Access:
- Be sure to have TeamViewer ready so we can remote in and further investigate.
