Shot Analysis | Club Path and Face Angle Trajectories Missing

If Club Path and Face Angle trajectories are not displaying in your camera views, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Confirm Camera Calibration Was Completed
    • Before diving into troubleshooting, ensure that the cameras were calibrated properly.
    • Check this by opening the camera section in TPS
    • Verify that all cameras show a "Calibrated" status.
    • If any camera is not calibrated, repeat the calibration process.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate
  2. Restart the Software
    • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve display issues.
    • To restart: Close the tracking software completely. Wait 10 seconds. Reopen the software and check if Club Path and Face Angle are now visible.
  3. Test with a Known Working Club
    • Use a club that is known to work correctly in another bay.
    • Hit a few shots and check if the trajectories appear.
