Coaching lessons are created in the system the same way as any other bay option. Follow the steps below to set them up correctly and ensure they appear to your customers on the booking page.
- Create a Bay Option for the Coaching Lesson
- Start by creating a new bay option. Give it a clear and recognizable name, so customers can easily identify that this option is specifically for coaching.
- Configure the Bay Option Settings
- Open the newly created bay option and adjust the settings based on how you want the coaching lesson to function. When you’re done, make sure to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Note, if the coaching lesson should only be visible or available to specific memberships, add the relevant membership perk under the bay option settings. This ensures that only customers with the correct membership can see or book this coaching lesson.
- Add the Bay Option to a Group
- To make the coaching lesson bookable, add the bay option to a Group.
- Select the specific bays where this coaching lesson should be available.
- Once added to a group, the coaching lesson becomes visible and bookable on the booking page.

Lastly, if you would like some of the bays to be reserved only for lessons with coaches:
- Start by creating a separate group under Bay Group
- Select a simulator dedicated solely to coaching
- Add the coaching bay options to this group.
