Memberships | How to Create a Package Perk for a Membership

Packages can be created as part of a membership type. A package perk can include, for example, 10 sessions. This means that the member will receive an allowance of 10 sessions, which will automatically refresh with each billing cycle.

Package perks included as part of a membership can replace the need for separate bay options and restrictions, as the setup is managed directly within the membership.

In this case, the package is created as a membership perk, so it should be set up in the “Memberships” section rather than the “Packages” section.

  1. Go to the Customers tab → MembershipsMembership Types, and either edit an existing membership type or create a new one.

  2. In the Perks section, create a new perk with the type “Package.”

  3. Name the perk, and then click on “+ Add an item.”

  4. Now you can decide what this package includes. You need to choose either the bay option or the course options that are offered in the package. You can include a number of hours, bookings, or a specific amount of money. You can also add multiple items to one package.


     

  5. After adding all the items to the package, click “Create Perk.” 
    Then, you will need to select the perk from the list in order to add it to this particular membership type.
