This guide explains how to update NVIDIA graphics drivers using the NVIDIA App. Keeping your drivers up to date ensures optimal performance, stability, and compatibility with your system.
- Open the NVIDIA App
- Open it from your desktop or type NVIDIA App in your menu and click the application to open.

- Click on the Drivers tab at the top of the screen
- The app will automatically check for updates
- Select the correct driver
- In the top-right corner, review the driver selection options.
- Make sure Studio Driver is selected.
- Install the Driver
- If an update is available, you will see a green Download button.
- Click Download and wait for it to finish downloading.
- Confirm installation
- A pop-up message may appear asking for permission—click Yes.
- Select Express Installation (Recommended).
- Click Continue to begin the installation.
- Complete the installation
- The installation process will begin.
- As it nears completion, you may see pop-up messages—this is normal.
- Once finished, choose to restart your computer immediately or later.
Your NVIDIA drivers are now up to date and ready to go after the next time the PC is rebooted.
