If bundle updates for Trackman iO units are not prompting, please switch the data compliance mode in TPS from Public to Private by following these steps: How to Enable Public or Private Mode.

After changing the mode, the update prompt should appear. If the update still does not show, open Shot Analysis, click the Trackman icon in the top‑right corner, and a small window will display your unit with an option to disconnect it. Disconnect the unit, then repeat the same steps to reconnect it. This will force the update to install.
