If your Trackman iO is not tracking any shots, here are a few things that might cause the event.
Before going through potential causes of shots not tracking, please ensure that your ethernet and graphics settings are properly configured:

- Overexposure of Sunlight: Excessive sunlight in the hitting area can interfere with the radar.

Radar Interference: Other radars, fans, or machinery nearby can cause interference.

Ball Position: Ensure the ball is within the designated hitting area.
- Trackman Performance Studio will notify you if it's not.

Windows Permissions: Check that Windows permissions are not blocking communication between TPS and the Trackman iO.
- Check for any firewalls.

Ball Color: Only basic white or yellow golf balls are suitable.
- Other colors may not be detected.
- Cluttered Hitting Area: Objects in the hitting area can obstruct the sensors.
- Turf Color: The hitting area turf must be green. Other colors will not work.

Mount Distance: The Trackman iO must be mounted within specific distance parameters.
