TMiO | Missing Data Tiles

  • Updated

If you encounter issues with your Trackman iO and notice missing data points, several factors could be contributing to the problem. Understanding these potential causes can help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue effectively.

Potential Causes of Data Points Not Recording

  • Inaccurate Calibration: Ensure the device is calibrated correctly.
  • Slight Radar Interference: Minor interference from other devices can affect data accuracy.
  • BirTees Color: BirTees that match the color of the ball can cause issues.
  • RCT Balls: These balls can negatively affect data collection.
  • Incorrect Graphics Settings: If the graphics settings aren't set up correctly, the graphic processing unit won't work effectively.
    • As a result some data tiles may be missing which can cause missing visual elements, especially in VG or high resolution set ups.
    • See Settings | PC Graphics Settings 🎦 to check your PC Graphics settings.

If you are having issues with the unit not tracking, always make sure that the PC is fully updated.
