Error Messages | The Shot(s) Could Not Be Saved In Shots Library

  • Updated
This error in Trackman Performance Studio (TPS) means the system couldn’t store your shot data. It usually happens for three main reasons: storage issues, full disk space or connectivity problems.

1. Storage Issues

The "Shot Library" is where TPS saves all recorded golf shots. If it’s full, new shots can’t be saved.
If its full and you wish to free up some space, please refer to these articles:

2. Low Disk Space

TPS requires adequate free space to save shot data, especially video files. If your system drive (usually C:) has less than 25 GB of free space, TPS may fail to save new shots.

To free up space of the C:Drive, refer to Low Disk Space Error Message

3. Connectivity Issues

TPS may also fail to save shots if it loses connection to the local network or cloud storage. If you wish to troubleshoot this, please:
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Ensure the PC is connected to the same network as the Trackman unit.
  • Restart your router or Wi-Fi if needed.
  • Reopen TPS after confirming the connection.
