Control Room: Bay Alerts
Users can now view real-time alerts in the Control Room when a bay’s configuration doesn’t comply with recommended specifications. Each alert includes a Severity Level and links to Help Center articles to guide users in resolving the issue.
Key changes:
- Added “New Issues” filter in Control Room view
- Added Issue icon on each Bay Card
- Added Issues section in the Bay Information tab
- Added Bay Issues tab providing a full overview of all detected issues
- All of the above are indicated by orange circles in the images below.
- All alerts are updated every 6 hours.
Alerts with provided Help Center articles:
- Unit connected via USB adapter
- Unit uptime
- PC uptime
- Incompatible Graphics Card / GPU (TM4 & TMiO)
- Incompatible Processor / CPU
- Low Memory / RAM
- Low Course Storage
In addition to the overview, a new Bay issues tab is also available to give a full overview across bays.
