Bay Alerts

• Users can now view real-time alerts in the Indoor Control Room when a bay’s configuration doesn’t comply with recommended specifications.
• Each alert includes a Severity Level and links to to guide users in resolving the issue

New Feature

Pay per entry 

• This feature will enable our facility owners to create a paid tournament and charge an entry fee per tournament entry.
• This requires a Contract or Addendum to be signed depending on if you have Booking & Payments - contact support for more details.

  • Multiple entries: Allow the players to buy unlimited entries to a single round, CTP or Hit-It! tournament during the tournament period

  • Indicator number of entries: In the Trackman Golf App and the Player Portal the player will see the number of entries purchased and entries left to play. Each entry can consist of multiple attempts

Social Events

• No Trackman account: Allow players to enter a name manually without having to create a Trackman profile or download Trackman Golf App (although nudge them post-round)​​

• Course Play and Games: Set up social events with Course Play or Games (ShuffleGolf, Bullseye or Putt-Putt) and decide in which bays the event should be shown. Upcoming formats: CTP, Hit-it! and Team Play​

• Leaderboard: Showcase shared leaderboard across bays, based on manually entered names. Players are manually signed out post-round and can easily participate again

New Feature

Trackman League

• Leagues are different from Tournaments in two ways:
  • You can mix different types of activities (Course Play, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive) in one and the
    same League, as you award points to each position on the leaderboard for each activity played
  • Teams are formed in the Golf App rather than in the bay. Allowing for you to have teams that are larger
    than the required number of players and thus have substitute players
• Leagues, like tournaments, can be free or paid

Paid Tournaments

• This feature is designed to empower facility owners to take payment for individual course and game tournaments.
  • This requires a Contract or Addendum to be signed depending on if you have Booking & Payments - contact support for more details.
• Players will be able to sign up and pay for tournaments through the Trackman Golf App
  • If invented, they can sign up directly through the invitation in the app
  • If it is a public tournament, they can sign up using the QR Code that appears in TPS.
• Note: Paid Tournaments do not payout any prize money to the players, the system currently does not have the capability to do so.
